I have a 4 drawer Legal size File Cabinet,top 2 drawers will not slide properly. The drawer rollers are riveted in and it look like the rivets are loose allowing rollers to turn in and not be parallel with drawer. The File Cabinet is made by HON I looked at there web no luck
First, make sure the rollers have not just jumped out of the track. If that is not the case, you can tighten the rivets simply by placing something hard on one side of the rivet and smack the other side w/a hammer a couple times.
